How do I order
First find your items via search option or by browsing through the categories.
Once you have found an item read the item description carefully. If you have any questions about the item, you can ask the seller by clicking the "Write a Review" link.
As soon as you have found something that interests you, click on "Add to Cart" and then "go to shopping cart" and you can see how much you have bought.
Now you can check your shopping. Items you have in the shopping basket by mistake or which you don't want to take because you have overspent, you can cancel by clicking on DELETE.
If you would like to return to the shop for alternatives, click on SHOP again.
Having checked your goods and if you are already a client of coins-of-the-world, please enter your name and password on the " Login" as well as your means of payment and send it to us. After receiving your order and payment we will send you the invoice and products you have chosen.
If you are a new client, please fill out the dates on the "order form". The total sum shown on the "Shopping cart" includes shipping charges within that you have to pay.
In the shopping cart, you can choose one of the payment methods accepted by the seller:
For example, PayPal, bank transfer (for purchases within the European Union, contact us), and some domestic payment options like direct debit and cash on delivery(contact us).
After confirming your order, you will receive instructions on the payment process.
For PayPal payments, you can pay online directly after placing the order.
The items will be shipped to you as soon as the seller has received the money.

How to register
Click on "Register" on the top of a coins-of-the-world page and fill in your name, address and e-mail address.
Choose a username and password of sufficient length.
Only letters, numbers, hyphen and underscore are allowed for the username.
Choose a password that you can remember, but that isn't too easy to guess by third parties.
In case you forget your password later on, you can have it resent to you here.
Finally, click on "continue" to create your account, then check your e-mail account
and click on the link in the e-mail to confirm your e-mail address.

You can modify your personal data by logging into your account using the button "My Account Login" on the top of each page, then choose"Contact information" on the left.
You can see the shopping cart appears on the top. If an item is in the basket, a summary of the content is displayed.
You can also put multiple items in the shopping cart.
Just click again on a shopping cart symbol of an item.
If you want to buy the contents of shopping carts from the relevant provider, click on "Submit Order" and follow the instructions.
Security and Privacy
coins-of-the-world do not provide your personal information to third parties. The collected information in our offer, we only use for your purchase at coins-of-the-world. You accept this with your order.
Coins-of-the-world won't accept returns. However, may provide refunds if the package doesn't arrive, and the post office confirms that the delivery was not completed. In that case the insurance, that all coins have, will be activated.
